Holistic nutrition is about the big picture including body mind and spirit. It’s about the foods we’re consuming, the foods that are missing from our diets, our physical activity, our sleep habits and our methods of relaxing and recharging. It’s about replacing some of the bad habits with better healthier habits. Sometimes it might have to start with baby steps and that’s okay too. Every step to good health is a win.
